David is our President & Owner, responsible for leading the company and guiding our team in every way required, with a primary focus on financial planning and development. With 8 years at the company and strong expertise in finance, he excels at finding solutions to unexpected challenges and keeping projects on track. Outside of work, David enjoys spending quality time with family.

Geoff Kowalski
BBA | JD
Geoff is our Director of Operations, responsible for overseeing the management of $70 million in completed residential assets, supervising property management staff, and ensuring an exceptional resident experience from onboarding to exit. With 5 years at the company and a background in law and business, Geoff brings expertise in risk management, dispute resolution, and corporate administration. Outside of work, he is passionate about athletics and community building as the founder of the Cornwall Run Club and the Glucose Grind 65km endurance run—and he’s currently training for the 2025 Chicago Marathon.

Greg Morrison
RPP | MCIP
Greg is our Director of Development, responsible for managing the full development process, from land acquisition and planning through construction coordination to final occupancy. With 5 years at the company and a background as a Registered Professional Planner, he brings seven years of municipal planning experience and a strong foundation in urban design. Greg is skilled at guiding development projects, blending design expertise with practical experience in approvals, construction, and stakeholder collaboration. Outside of work, Greg enjoys home projects, helping friends with theirs, and staying active through triathlon training and golf.

Owen Arsenault
BBA
Owen is our Property Superintendent for Charlottetown and Cornwall, managing all aspects of building operations and tenant relations. With 3 years at Arsenault Properties, and prior experience with Tops to Floors, he is dedicated to providing exceptional management services and ensuring residents feel welcome and comfortable. Known for being approachable and responsive, Owen values addressing concerns promptly and effectively. Outside of work, Owen is an avid golfer.

Keith Johnston
BBA
Keith is our Business Manager and Property Superintendent, ensuring the day-to-day operations of Water Street Storage run smoothly while providing residential tenants with an exceptional living experience. With 3 years at the company and a strong educational foundation—including a Diploma in Small Business Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Accounting—he brings both knowledge and hands-on experience to the team. Known as the “utility guy,” no task is too big or small for Keith. Outside of work, Keith enjoys all things sports—coaching, playing, and watching—and proudly serves as a firefighter with the Summerside Fire Department for nearly five years, where he also holds the role of Treasurer in the Department’s Firefighters Association.

Courtney McNally
Courtney is our Controller, responsible for full-cycle accounting across multiple companies under Arsenault Properties management and providing accurate financial insights to support decision-making. With nearly seven years at the company, she brings a strong accounting background, having studied at Brock University, completed a degree at York University, and finished the CPA PREP coursework. Previously Assistant Controller at Arsenault Bros Construction, Courtney now manages cash flow, HST compliance, and complex property development transactions with precision. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys weight training and has recently taken up running, often training alongside her dog, Charlie, with her three children joining in on bikes or at the gym.

Stefanie Turner
Stefanie is our Administrative Specialist, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the office and serving as the first point of contact for prospective tenants. With a background in independently managing a not-for-profit organization for seven years, she brings exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Known for a friendly attitude, great communication skills, and a fun sense of humor, Stefanie adds positive energy to the team. Outside of work, Stefanie is a lover of all things paper, enjoys coordinating memorable gatherings, and is a massive Harry Potter fan.

With the beautiful Glasgow Hills as the backdrop, Fairways for Food Banks raises money to support the PEI Food Banks.
Prince Edward Island has the highest rate of food insecurity in the country; our mission to raise money to give to PEI Food Banks, helps stock the shelves for Islanders in need.
Since inception, Fairways for Food Banks has raised over $40,000.00! We are grateful for all players, sponsors and partners that have contributed to the ongoing success of the event.
