David Arsenault

President
David graduated from UPEI with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2013 and completed his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2016. David’s real estate career began at 19 as a property manager, flipper, and duplex investor. He has since evolved his passion for real estate into full-scale development and management with Arsenault Properties.
David is responsible for all things financial, and steering the ship.
Geoff Kowalski

Director of Operations
Geoff graduated from UPEI with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2013 and completed law school at UNB in 2016. A versatile business professional, Geoff joined Arsenault Properties in 2020 after leading Hockey PEI as their Executive Director.
Geoff is responsible for the legal and operational success of the company, and for ensuring residents feel at home.
Greg Morrison
RPP | MCIP
Director of Development
Graduating from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor in Urban Design in 2013, Greg began is career as a Planner with the City of Charlottetown before joining Arsenault Properties in 2020. Greg is a Registered Professional Planner and a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
Greg is responsible for land transactions, plan review and permit approval, i.e. making sure we grow.
Fairways for
Food Banks
With the beautiful Glasgow Hills as the backdrop, Fairways for Food Banks raises money to support the PEI Food Banks.
Prince Edward Island has the highest rate of food insecurity in the country; our mission to raise money to give to PEI Food Banks, helps stock the shelves for Islanders in need.
Since inception, Fairways for Food Banks has raised over $40,000.00! We are grateful for all players, sponsors and partners that have contributed to the ongoing success of the event.
